Seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a rural family medicine practice in Victoria, TX.

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients 18+, including diagnosing, treating conditions, performing exams, and preventive screenings.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, develop treatment plans, and educate patients on wellness and disease management.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
