Seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, rural family medicine role in Victoria, Texas.

Provide primary care for adults, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions.

Perform exams, screenings, and manage treatment plans in a collaborative, community-focused environment.

Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients, and participate in quality initiatives.

Qualifications include valid Texas licensure, DEA license, strong clinical skills, and passion for underserved populations. New grads encouraged.

Compensation & Benefits: $105,000–$160,000/year, plus insurance, retirement, PTO, CME, and supportive leadership.

Work Schedule: Full-time, clinic-based, flexible hours discussed during interview.
