We are seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Physician Associate (PA-C) for a full-time role in Rockmart, GA.
Provide comprehensive primary and acute care for patients of all ages, focusing on prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education. Conduct assessments, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and perform minor procedures. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care and maintain accurate documentation. Qualifications include Georgia licensure, DEA license eligibility, strong clinical and communication skills, with new grads encouraged to apply. Schedule: Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-12pm.
Salary: $105k-$115k annually, with benefits like paid time off and employee discounts.
