Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care services in a community health setting.

Conduct patient histories, exams, assessments, and diagnoses

Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage acute and chronic conditions

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, provide patient education, and offer emergency care when needed

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, refer patients as appropriate, and ensure accurate documentation

Participate in quality improvement activities and adhere to safety standards

Qualifications: Virginia licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, DEA license, ACLS certification, with preferred experience in primary care or family practice.
