Job Description

Join a healthcare team across South Carolina providing fast, patient-centered urgent care with on-site X-ray and efficient workflows.

  • Full-time, part-time, and PRN options available, offering flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts, typically three per week, and rotating weekends.
  • Earn $60-$70 per hour based on experience, with productivity bonuses, and enjoy benefits such as medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) match, CME support, student-loan assistance, and more.
  • Work with medical assistants and radiologic technologists, utilizing Experity EHR for same-day charting.
  • Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients of all ages for urgent conditions, performing procedures (suturing, splinting, incision, drainage), ordering and interpreting X-rays and labs, and leading a high-performing clinical team.
  • Requires a Family Nurse Practitioner license (South Carolina) or eligibility within 60 days, BLS/ACLS certification, and preferably 1+ year in urgent care or high-acuity family medicine.
  • Ideal candidates have a patient-first mindset and comfort with procedures, with in-person work expected.
