Job Description

Seeking a full-time Family or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care for all ages in a community health setting. The role involves diagnosing, treating, and coordinating patient care, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining thorough documentation using EMR systems. The position requires proficiency in HIPAA compliance, adherence to licensing and accreditation standards, and participation in quality assurance and peer review programs.

Candidates must hold a CA Medical License, BE/BC in Family or Internal Medicine, and current DEA & ACLS certifications. Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00-5:00) with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties, and includes benefits such as salary ($310k–$340k), health insurance, 401k, paid CME, holidays, loan repayment options, and malpractice coverage.
