Job Description

Seeking a social-justice oriented Family Physician to provide direct patient care, care-team development, QI initiatives, and population health management in a community-focused FQHC setting. The role involves developing clinical programs, collaborating with specialists, and contributing to quality improvement efforts to promote health equity, especially for vulnerable populations. Candidates should have CA medical licensure, board eligibility, experience in community health, and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Travel up to 25% required, with in-person work in Sausalito, CA. Prior clinic experience and familiarity with electronic health records are preferred.
