Job Description
Seeking a social-justice oriented Family Physician to provide comprehensive care at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Marin City, CA. This full-time or part-time role involves direct patient care, care-team development, quality improvement, and population health management, with a focus on health equity for vulnerable communities.
Develop and maintain high-quality clinical programs for diverse patient populations.
Collaborate with clinical partners and leadership to assess and improve clinic policies and programs.
Contribute to quality management efforts through audits, peer reviews, and clinical metrics.
Provide patient care, follow-up, referrals, and health education with cultural sensitivity.
Qualifications include a CA Medical License, Board Certification eligibility, experience with community health, and strong communication skills. Spanish language is a plus.
