Job Description

Seeking a social-justice oriented Family Physician to provide high-quality patient care at a community health center in Marin City, CA.

Responsibilities include developing clinical programs, collaborating with specialists, contributing to quality improvement efforts, and offering direct patient care with health education and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• CA Medical License and eligibility for Board Certification
• Experience with diverse, vulnerable populations
• Strong communication skills; Spanish a plus
• Knowledge of community resources and electronic health records (eCW preferred)
• Community health or clinic experience preferred

This full-time role offers a salary of $207,510–$231,524, with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. Schedule is Monday–Friday, no nights, with travel requirement up to 25%. In-person work in Sausalito, CA, with a focus on health equity and system improvement.
