Family Practice Physician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician (MD or DO) for a full-time position, with loan repayment options available and new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, following evidence-based protocols
• Performing physical exams, managing chronic conditions, and delivering preventive care and education
• Prescribing medications and developing personalized treatment plans
• Collaborating with specialists to offer holistic care
• Participating in quality improvement and team meetings
• Performing Family PACT services

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Licensed in California, Board Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine
• CPR certification
• Previous FQHC/outpatient experience preferred; new grads are welcome
• Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred
