Seeking a full-time Family Practice Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient role with a mix of scheduled and walk-in patients.
Start with walk-in patients and build your own panel over time. Supportive team of over 20 experienced providers, ideal for new graduates. Opportunities in Family Practice, Pediatrics, and Urgent Care. Located in Central California near outdoor recreation, LA, SF, Yosemite, and Las Vegas. Compensation includes $140K+ with productivity bonuses, 401K with match, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance if needed. Requirements include CA NP or PA license, DEA certification (preferred), and ability to relocate to Porterville, CA. Fluent Spanish is preferred; candidates with criminal records are encouraged to apply. Work environment: In-person, full-time position.
