Job Description
This role involves providing comprehensive primary care services within a Federally Qualified Health Center, focusing on patient wellness, chronic disease management, and acute illness care, with opportunities for prenatal care.
Deliver 32 hours/week of in-person and telemedicine patient care, with scheduled administrative time and potential for extra shifts.
Maintain a diverse patient panel, ensuring culturally sensitive and competent care across all age groups.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in meetings, committees, and training.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, document patient care accurately, and support clinic growth and sustainability.
Qualifications include medical degree, residency in family practice, board certification, and a valid Minnesota medical license. Experience in outpatient family medicine preferred.
Compensation ranges from $187,200 to $260,000, with comprehensive benefits. The work environment is clinical, with exposure to communicable diseases, requiring physical stamina and adherence to safety standards.
