Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate physician to provide primary care to clients of all ages, from newborns to seniors, in a community health setting.

  • Provides direct and indirect medical care, prescribes medications, and maintains accurate patient records.
  • Supervises clinical staff, collaborates on quality standards, risk management, and process improvements.
  • Participates in community outreach, health education, and professional development activities.
  • Assists in training medical students and residents, fosters community relationships, and promotes good public relations.
  • Ensures compliance with policies, manages referral networks, and supports clinical team development.

    • Qualifications include MD or DO, board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine, and licensure in Iowa. Strong communication, management skills, and knowledge of healthcare standards are essential.
