Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate physician to provide primary care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors, in a community health setting.
Provides direct and indirect medical care, prescribes medications, and maintains accurate patient records.
Supervises clinical staff, develops quality standards, and participates in risk management and process improvement.
Contributes to community outreach, health education, and fosters positive relationships within the community.
Assists in staff development, clinical training, and coordinates referral networks.
Requires MD or DO, board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine, and an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa. Must have authority to prescribe medications and be eligible to work in the U.S.
Skills include medical management, project management, knowledge of healthcare technology, and familiarity with HIPAA regulations. Experience in pediatrics and occupational health is a plus.
