Join a growing Direct Primary Care clinic in Medford, OR, offering a unique opportunity to provide personalized primary care to men, women, and children, including women’s health and hormone management.

Enjoy seeing only 6-8 patients daily with a panel starting at around 50 patients, with potential for growth and salary increases as your panel expands. The clinic is insurance-free, promoting more time with patients and flexible communication via call, text, or video.

Responsibilities include conducting exams, diagnosing acute and chronic conditions, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, educating patients, and managing minor urgent care issues. On-call duties cover your patient panel and urgent needs on weekends.

Requirements include an Oregon family medicine license, Nurse Practitioner certification, at least 2 years of experience, and proficiency in internal medicine and HIPAA regulations. Experience in women’s health is a plus.
