Nurse Practitioners collaborate closely with medical staff at skilled and assisted living facilities, performing acute and routine visits, documenting health histories, diagnosing, managing treatments, prescribing medications, and making referrals.
Requirements include a valid RN license, unrestricted APRN license, board certification, and controlled substance license & DEA (or eligibility).
