Flight Surgeon

Job Description

Seeking a Flight Surgeon to provide medical services at a government facility in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities include ensuring personnel fitness for duty, diagnosing and treating illnesses, making referrals, preventing disease, promoting health, and advising on hygiene and safety.

Qualifications:

Medical degree from an accredited U.S. institution

At least 24 months recent aerospace medicine experience

Current medical license, Board Certification in Aerospace Medicine, and certifications in CPR, ACLS, and DEA

Board-certified in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine

Active Flight Surgeon services within the past 5 years

No adverse information with NPDB
