Job Description
This float Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position supports multiple communities across Lebanon, Berks, and Cumberland Counties, ensuring continuous, high-quality wound care at partner facilities.
As a key team member, you’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide bedside wound care, utilize advanced technology, and collaborate with facility teams to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications include an active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, prescriptive authority, and at least 2 years of wound care experience, preferably in long-term or skilled nursing facilities. Willingness to travel and proficiency with EMR are required.
