We are hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or CFY) for a SNF setting at Jefferson Park in Dandridge, TN, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus (only for direct applicants).

Job responsibilities: Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and update care plans under physician supervision.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA CCC certification
• Active state license
• Prior experience as a Speech Therapist
• Experience in geriatric care, addressing functional, mobility, and rehabilitation needs
