Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or CFY) for a SNF setting at Jefferson Park in Dandridge, TN, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus (eligible for direct applicants only).

Responsibilities include:

• Screening, evaluating, re-evaluating, and discharging residents based on physician supervision
• Making revisions to care plans as needed

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA (CCC) certification and active state license
• Prior experience in geriatric care, addressing functional limitations and rehabilitation needs
