Job Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and discharge planning for residents
• Make revisions to care plans under physician supervision

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA CCC Certification
• Active state license
• Prior experience in geriatric care, addressing functional and mobility challenges, and rehabilitation needs
