We are hiring a full-time or part-time Clinical Therapist (LMSW or LPC) to provide therapy for adults in jail diversion and outpatient programs.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, facilitating person-centered planning, crisis intervention, developing behavior plans, documenting services, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling, Michigan licensure (LMSW or LPC), and valid driver’s license. Preferred CAADC license or development plan. Ability to meet productivity and documentation standards. Offering a salary of $70,000–$78,000 annually, with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and retirement options. Must work in person at Detroit, MI 48207, with relocation required before start.
