Fully Licensed Clinical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking full-time and part-time Clinical Therapists (LMSW, LPC) to provide mental health and substance use treatment in outpatient and jail diversion programs in Detroit, MI.

• Complete assessments, facilitate person-centered planning, and deliver individual, family, or group therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention, develop behavior plans, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain licensure, meet productivity standards, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling, Michigan licensure (LMSW or LPC), and reliable transportation. Preferred credentials include CAADC license.
