Functional Family Therapist – $4,000 Hiring Bonus

Job Description

This full-time Therapist II – Functional Family position offers a $4,000 hiring bonus paid in installments and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and professional development opportunities.

• Provide in-home, community-based family therapy using Functional Family Therapy (FFT-CW) model to families with a caseload of 10-12 families for 4-6 months each.
• Complete intensive FFT-CW training and participate in regular supervision and consultation.
• Engage families, assess needs, and tailor interventions to strengthen family dynamics and support positive change.
• Collaborate with child welfare, community stakeholders, and families; maintain detailed documentation.
• Work schedule is flexible, including evenings and weekends, with a requirement for a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for travel.
  
  

Qualifications include a master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy (with 2 years of human services experience), or criminal justice/education with relevant experience. Candidates must have necessary clearances and a valid PA driver’s license.
