Job Description

Seeking pediatric physicians for a growing practice in Jacksonville, FL, dedicated to providing family- and community-centered care within a patient-centered medical home model.

• Openings include outpatient care and newborn hospital calls, as well as hospitalist roles for admissions and inpatient care.
• Ideal candidates are passionate about comprehensive, compassionate pediatrics, with a focus on quality and value-based care.
• Offerings include a competitive salary up to $300,000, incentives, medical/dental/vision insurance, paid malpractice, CME allowance, and paid time off.
• Shared after-hours call (1:4) and weekend clinic duties (1:4).
• Requirements: Board-certified in Pediatrics, Florida Medical License; bilingual skills and developmental experience preferred.
• Eligible clinics participate in a loan repayment program up to $50K/year for five years.
• Full-time, contract positions with a schedule of 8-hour shifts, involving some travel.
