Excellent full-time opportunity for a BC/BE General Pediatrician to join a well-established practice along the Jersey Shore, centrally located between Philadelphia and New York City.

Our thriving multi-provider practice features a dedicated team of physicians and support staff, utilizing the latest EHR and digital office technologies.

We offer a competitive salary starting at $185,000, along with benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, malpractice insurance, profit sharing, paid CME, and a partnership track.

The role includes a 4-day work week, a 1:6 call schedule, and involves on-staff newborn care only, with no inpatient or delivery responsibilities.

Requirements include ability to commute to Toms River, NJ, and willingness to relocate before starting. Travel up to 25% is preferred.
