We operate across 10 locations with 22 pediatricians and 10 mid-level providers, leading in population health and value-based care with integrated behavioral health.

We seek full-time outpatient pediatric physicians passionate about comprehensive care, with a focus on quality and innovation. Benefits include a competitive salary ($170,000-$220,000), incentives, insurance, paid malpractice, CME allowance, paid time off, and a *medical loan repayment program* up to $70,000 annually.

Providers share after-hours and weekend call (1:6), with a highly competitive productivity model. Qualifications include board certification/eligibility in General Pediatrics, Florida medical license or ability to obtain, and optional second language proficiency.
