General Surgeon Independent Contractor

Job Description

Seeking a general surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site surgical services for approximately a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift.

Responsibilities include managing medically complex patients, supporting return-to-work and functional restoration, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.

The role offers flexible scheduling to complement your private practice, with compensation based on a revenue share model.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO graduation from an accredited program, unrestricted DEA license, board certification or eligibility in General Surgery, and medical malpractice insurance.
