Job Description
Seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part-time role. The position involves treating patients on-site for about 4 hours weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.
Responsibilities include managing medically complex cases, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams. You will provide both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal care, communicate with employers, and participate in case management.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure in your state, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery. You must have medical malpractice insurance.
