Hand Surgeon Independent 1099

Job Description

Seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor for a part-time, on-site role. This position involves treating patients during a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift, complementing your current practice.

Responsibilities include managing complex cases, facilitating return to work, and providing both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal care. You’ll collaborate with medical teams, communicate with employers, and participate in case management.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure in the state, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery. Must have medical malpractice insurance. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
