Hand Surgeon Independent 1099

Job Description

We are seeking a hand surgeon to join as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part-time role.

Responsibilities include treating patients on-site for approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, focusing on medically complex cases, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams. The role involves both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injury management, along with active communication with employers and case management.

This position offers flexible scheduling to complement your existing practice, with compensation based on a revenue share model.

Qualifications include preferred experience in work-related injuries, licensure in the state, MD or DO degree from an accredited program, unrestricted DEA license, and Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery. Candidates must have medical malpractice insurance.
