Hand Surgeon Independent 1099

Job Description

Seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor for a part-time onsite role. This position involves treating patients during a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift, complementing your current practice.

Responsibilities include managing medically complex patients, supporting return-to-work and functional restoration, and collaborating with medical and therapy providers on orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. You will also communicate with employers and participate in case management.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure in your state, MD or DO degree from an accredited institution, unrestricted DEA license, and Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery. Must carry medical malpractice insurance.
