Hand Surgeon Independent 1099

Job Description

Seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site specialist services on a flexible basis, typically for a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly.

Responsibilities include managing medically complex patients, supporting return-to-work and functional restoration, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams for non-surgical and surgical treatments of orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure in the practice state, MD or DO graduation, unrestricted DEA license, and Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery. Must have medical malpractice insurance.
