Job Description

Looking for a hand surgeon to join as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part-time role.

Responsibilities include treating patients on-site for approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, focusing on medically complex cases, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy providers.

Ideal candidates have experience with work-related injuries, valid licensure, board certification or eligibility in Hand Surgery, and malpractice insurance.

Compensation is based on a revenue share model. The role offers flexible scheduling to complement your practice.
