Hand Surgeon Independent Contractor

Job Description

Seeking a hand surgeon as an independent contractor to provide specialized care on-site for approximately a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly.

Responsibilities include managing medically complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams to treat orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries, both surgical and non-surgical. The role involves communicating with employers and active case management.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure in the state, MD or DO graduation from an accredited program, unrestricted DEA license, board certification or eligibility in Hand Surgery, and medical malpractice insurance.
