Hand Surgeon Independent Contractor

Job Description

Seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site services for approximately a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift.

Responsibilities include managing medically complex patients, aiding in return-to-work and functional restoration, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams to deliver non-surgical and surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal care.

The role involves communication with employers and active case management, making a positive impact on patient recovery.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery, and malpractice insurance.
