Hand Surgeon Independent Contractor

Job Description

Seeking a hand surgeon for a part-time, on-site role as a 1099 independent contractor. This position involves treating patients during a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.

Responsibilities include managing medically complex patients, supporting return-to-work and functional recovery, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams. You will provide both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal care, communicate with employers, and participate in case management.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure in your state, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery, and malpractice insurance.
