Hand Surgeon Independent Contractor

Job Description

Seeking a hand surgeon for a part-time, on-site role as a 1099 independent contractor. This flexible position involves treating patients during a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift, complementing your current practice.

Responsibilities include managing medically complex cases, facilitating return to work, and providing both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal care. Collaboration with medical and therapy teams and active case management are essential.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure in the practice state, MD or DO graduation, unrestricted DEA license, board certification or eligibility in Hand Surgery, and malpractice insurance. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
