The Hematology Advanced Practice Provider role involves delivering comprehensive outpatient care for patients with hematology conditions, under physician oversight.
Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and coordination across inpatient and outpatient settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
The provider will educate patients and families, stay current with hematology advancements, and participate in quality improvement and research activities.
Requirements include a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Washington, with preferred experience in hematology/oncology, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
