Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated High-Risk Breast Nurse Practitioner to join our specialized breast health team, providing advanced care for patients with high-risk breast conditions.

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and risk evaluations.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Educate patients on genetic testing, screening, lifestyle modifications, and preventive strategies tailored to high-risk populations.

    • Qualifications include a valid Nurse Practitioner license, preferably with oncology certification, experience in high-risk breast care, and proficiency with Epic. Critical care experience, such as ICU or trauma background, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills are essential. The role is in person.
