Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated High-Risk Breast Nurse Practitioner to join our specialized breast health team, offering advanced care, complex treatment coordination, and patient support for high-risk breast conditions.


  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and risk evaluations.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans with multidisciplinary teams, following current guidelines.
  • Educate patients on genetic testing, screening, lifestyle changes, and prevention strategies tailored to high-risk populations.

    • Qualifications include a valid Nurse Practitioner license, preferably with oncology certification, experience in high-risk breast care, familiarity with genetic counseling and risk assessment tools, proficiency with Epic, and excellent communication skills for patient education. Critical care experience is highly desirable.


    This is an in-person role focused on delivering exceptional, evidence-based care to empower patients throughout their journey.
