Job Description

Join our team as a full-time Licensed Clinician providing home-based child and family treatment with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Earn an annual salary of $66,560 to $70,720 plus incentives, mileage reimbursement, and benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development.

Work with an average caseload of 6 clients, receiving supervision and training in evidence-based practices like TF-CBT, PCIT, and more.

Enjoy flexible scheduling, agency-paid training, and opportunities for loan forgiveness through PSLF.

Requirements include a master’s degree and a full or provisional license (LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LMFT). Experience in community-based or family services is preferred.

Locations include Augusta, Waterville, or Skowhegan, ME, with in-person work in a supportive, team-focused environment.
