Home-Based Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, home-based Therapist in Bad Axe, MI, to provide intensive in-home services to children and families.

Offer clinical assessments, develop and monitor family service plans, and conduct regular home visits to support parenting, behavior management, and therapy.

Maintain monthly face-to-face contact, act as a liaison with community agencies, and provide crisis stabilization during weekdays and on-call hours.

Document progress, advocate for families, and participate in program planning and community education.

Qualifications: Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology; Michigan licensure (LMSW, LPCC, or Psychologist); minimum 2 years’ experience preferred; valid driver’s license; willingness to complete Infant Mental Health endorsement.
