Home-Based Therapist

Job Description

Seeking a full-time, home-based therapist to provide intensive clinical services to children and families in their homes and community settings.

Responsibilities include delivering home-based and outpatient counseling to support healthy development, family functioning, family preservation, reunification, and reduce reliance on inpatient or substitute care.

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Social Work or human services field

Michigan licensure appropriate to the profession

Meet QMHP/QIDP requirements or work under supervision

Willingness to pursue IMH endorsement if not already certified

Shift availability is day shift, with a requirement to work in Bad Axe, MI, including the need to relocate before starting.
