Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home assessments and treatment focused on communication, cognition, and swallowing.
Responsibilities include interpreting medical prescriptions, conducting assessments, developing personalized, evidence-based therapy plans, and documenting progress in compliance with regulations.
The role involves educating patients and caregivers, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and adjusting treatment strategies to support patient independence.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, CCC or CFY, NY State licensure, and CPR certification. Prior experience with dysphagia and neurogenic disorders is preferred.
