Job Description

Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for home-based care, providing individualized assessments and treatments to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities.

  • Conduct assessments, develop evidence-based plans, and adjust therapy to meet patient goals in the home environment.
  • Document progress, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain licensure, stay current on clinical practices, and contribute to team development.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC or CFY, NY State licensure, and CPR certification. Preferred experience with dysphagia and neurogenic disorders.
