Job Description

Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver personalized evaluation and treatment in home care settings.

Responsibilities include interpreting medical prescriptions, conducting assessments, developing and adjusting evidence-based therapy plans, documenting progress, and educating patients and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and meet patient goals. Maintain licensure, stay current with best practices, and contribute to team development.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, CCC from ASHA or CFY status, NYS licensure, and CPR certification. Preferred experience in dysphagia and neurogenic disorders.
