Job Description

Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home evaluations and treatment focused on improving communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities.

Responsibilities include interpreting prescriptions, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and educating patients and caregivers.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and adjust therapies to meet patient goals within the home environment.

Requirements include a Master’s degree, CCC or CFY, NYS licensure, and CPR certification. Preferred experience with dysphagia and neurogenic disorders.
