Job Description

Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for our Home Care team to provide personalized evaluations and treatments in patients’ homes, focusing on communication, cognition, and swallowing.

Responsibilities include interpreting medical prescriptions, conducting assessments, developing and adjusting evidence-based treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients and caregivers.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC or CFY, NY State license, and CPR certification. Experience with dysphagia and neurogenic disorders is preferred.
