Responsibilities include interpreting medical prescriptions, conducting assessments, developing evidence-based care plans, and adjusting therapies based on patient progress.

Documentation, patient and caregiver education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and maintaining licensure are essential.

Qualifications: Master’s degree, CCC from ASHA or CFY candidate, NY license, CPR certification; experience with dysphagia and neurogenic disorders preferred.
